Dear All,

On Friday, some BUSD Tech Savvy Teachers discovered one more "glitch" in  PowerSchool with grades not calculating properly.  It was, however, the same "glitch" we had previously discovered.  We just didn't review our historical data.  We simply assumed.   Please be aware that this issue with PowerSchool was not caused by anything that anyone did or did not do in BUSD.  The problem has only occurred twice within PowerSchool nationwide.  Pearson (PowerSchool) cannot explain what caused the glitch, but they are very aware that it happened and have been able to help us remedy the grade calculation issue.  The problem is... we felt the issue had occurred during spring break.  We were incorrect.  The issue began at the start of quarter 4.

I have included my updated simplified Recipe.  Same procedure, but you must include a couple of additional weeks before April 7.
